Community Engagement

Community Education at Make.Shift

In 2022, Riley wrote, planned, and launched a new series of community education programs at Make.Shift Art Space in Bellingham, Washington.

This project focused on increasing access to the arts for people of all ages and all experience levels and creating more opportunities for intergenerational learning and community engagement in Whatcom and Skagit counties.

The programs launched in October 2022, and by March 2023 had brought in over $50,000 in grant funding for Make.Shift.

Photography & Content Strategy

During Riley’s time as an intern at Neil Strategy Group in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, she created social media content and strategies for clients like Steinwehr Avenue and The Gettysburg Heritage Center.

Below are a few of the photos she shot and edited on-site for those clients’ social media platforms.
